There were overall lacklustre performances by the South Africa Lawn Bowls team at the Commonwealth Games, Birmingham in 2022.
The top result was a Silver in the Women’s Fours.
India outclassed South Africa 17-10 to take the gold.
The young South African team was comprised of Bridget Calitz, Johanna Snyman, Esme Kruger and Thabelo Muvhango.
Para Bronze Medal
The only other medal winner was the Women’s Para Bronze won by Vicky van der Merwe and Desiree Levin in the Para Women’s Pairs B6-B8.
